A few weeks ago I was in the Catskills region of NY State just relaxing and enjoying the reds and yellows of the fall foliage with my friend Collin when raptured by a creativity adrenaline rush we packed whatever we had in the closet at the lake house and went out shooting some photos. No idea what I was looking to find, I just knew I had to create something right there and then.The series of photos you see here and find on my website in the section called NEW are from that day.
You probably recognize the wall with the American Flag and the writing 'Land of the free - Home of the brave' from the movie 'Transamerica'. Yes, we did end up in that town called Callicoon and we fell in love with that wall.
In times like these, when America is called to make a huge decision I could not have been more inspired and motivated. All the elements came together and made sense.
I had found what I was looking for.
